Meet Kamila
Driven by curiosity and passion, Kamila is a teacher and lifelong student of yoga. Her work is shaped by years in the ocean and a deep interest in nervous system regulation. Through her own path, she has studied how the body holds and releases tension, drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga Nidra, and a love of intentional movement.
Her approach is that fitness and sport are essential, nourishing and completely transformative. Her approach blends surf-informed practices, guided rest, and mindfulness— supporting both resilience and ease.
