Join us on this 11 day, all-ladies boat trip aboard the Ocean Dreams with yogi Kamila as we explore a supportive rhythm of flow, recovery and resilience, surfing secluded waves in secret Mentawai Islands. With talented Maui behind the lens.

Rest is a part of the training. Restorative yoga and recovery practices help your body repair, reset and stay responsive between surf sessions. Each day closes with a deeply restorative, soothing practice.
Surf with steadiness. Learn tools to calm your nervous system, regulate stress, and cultivate grounded confidence— both in the lineup and beyond. Explore breathing modalities to guide you through demanding moments.
